Engineering Services from CEL provide a complementary approach to managing the engine test cells and equipment projects. In addition to supply of a total ‘turnkey’ test cell and other test equipment, CEL’s engineering experts can, as an alternative, provide the design of a new or upgraded facility, enabling our customers to manage and control the procurement, manufacture and installation of the equipment.
